Engines you can cut open, a language model you can explode, a globe of the whole field, and a reader you build one card at a time. Nothing here is a video.

I don’t trust an explanation I can’t push on. These pages are the ones that push back. Each runs in the browser with nothing to install; drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, hover a part to read what it does, and press Explode to pull a machine apart with every piece labelled.

The three cutaways were built in a single sitting each, as one HTML file, with the geometry generated procedurally rather than modelled: a lathe for every body of revolution, twisted blades stamped around a shaft, a fuel-cooled nozzle wall corrugated by pressing the tube pattern into a surface. The language model is the odd one out: it’s not a physical object, and the drawing is a choice about what a transformer looks like if you insist on seeing it. Two layers are shown; real models stack dozens.

The LLM Observatory is different again. It’s a canvas globe with every landmark language model since 2017 planted on the city that built it, playable as a timeline. It came from the front page of foxxelabs.ie and lives here now at full size, with its stats, legend and sound.

The Grounded Reader pages are the quietest and, for my money, the most important: the bigram model built with cards, which is where the guidebook begins.

More will come. Anything I build in Claude Design or by hand that fits in one file ends up here.
